I am not in anyway surprised about it. Media has publicized many criminals before like Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer, and John Wayne Gacy. I understand why people are angry about it but sooner or later a magazine as going to feature Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on their because of what he did. 'Time' magazine had Charles Manson on their cover also other killers like those from Columbine. This time Rolling Stone put out this years criminal.
