Metallica's Drummer Lars Ulrich 'Hit the Lights' Film Attraction Included to Orion Festival

Details to Metallica's festival are still being announced. You can go for the music but James Hetfield will be having a car show and Kirk Hammett will have a horror museum. Lars Ulrich is a little more serious about his presentation. He is going to have a mini film festival!  His film is called 'Hit the Lights'. He said his other passion is film. Lars will host the American premiere of the documentary film ‘Mission to Lars.’

Metallica is just getting better and better throughout the years aren't they? I will love to see this film. Not just that but Hetfield's car show and Hammett's horror museum. The others are doing more "fun" entertainment. While Ulrich is doing something a little more serious for the festival. He is bringing in film. Film is a really great art that can be shown off in many different ways. I'm sure he has talent besides his one and only drumming.

I am certainly looking forward for more work by Metallica. Maybe starring in their own biography? Good idea, yes or no? You decide. I think it would be great if you ask me. Just think about it, in film, you can do many things. I'm glad that Ulrich has a passion other than music. i believe it is good to have two passions. You would have double the fun. Let's just wait and see how his film ends up being. Good or bad? I don't know. Let's wait and see what our legendary drummer Lars Ulrich has bought us this time.

The Orion Music + More Festival will make its first ever run in Atlantic City, N.J., on June 23 and 24.
